Screw Compressors Air End Shaft Seal-Mechanical Sealing Solutions
- Prevents contamination intrusion: In a normally operating oil-injected screw compressor, the shaft seal prevents the intrusion of contaminants and keeps the compressed air and oil where they should be when shut down.
- Suitable for high speed and high temperature: Some screw compressors air end shaft seal designs can withstand speeds up to 4,000 to 14,000 RPM and temperatures up to 350 degree F (177 degree ), while also handling vacuum pressures up to 25 PSI (1.7 BAR).
👉The material is mainly PTFE, which has excellent chemical resistance and high-temperature resistance, and is suitable for various industrial application machinery, including but not limited to compressors.
